For over 15 years, I have been designing, developing, building, and deploying Content Management Systems that harness the power of the long tail. From static site generators and headless CMS’s to Enterprise Content Management (ECM), my solutions have federated content across domains, devices, and apps, even to Adobe InDesign. I build systems that build good content.

  • Compliance
    In a crisscross of regulations, you need a cohesive vision that provides comprehensive satisfaction. I have delivered accessible, WCAG compliant websites for over 15 years. Most recently, I navigated the EU and California privacy regulations to deliver real-time solutions that meet GDPR, ePrivacy, and CCPA directives across disparate third-party processors.
  • Headless CMS
    I have been building headless CMS content for over a decade, bridging the gap between apps, domains, and, yes, other CMS’s. Whether a given CMS has headless capability or not, it is important to design your architecture in anticipation of such. Not only is headless content a better fit for the Internet of Things (IoT), but it avoids the peril of vendor lock-in, which is a significant risk for large sites.
  • Information Architecture
    I conceived and led a data-driven website redesign that improved lead generation by 34% and increased new opportunities by 40%. With Pardot automations, I gamified our sitemap to reveal our best prospects and spotlight potential attrition. I used a headless architecture, so that templates, modules, and content could be interchangeable and thus more responsive to real-time segmentation.
  • Workflows
    It’s a universal law; everybody’s first workflow is their longest. In order to avoid bottlenecks and to encourage shared expertise, I aim to create the fewest workflows with the shortest viable paths. When applied in conjunction with information architecture and group access and permissions, a single, simple workflow can express a multitude of processes.
